Monopoly Here and Now is a 5-reel, 20-payline game and you can choose to play on 1, 5, 10, 15 or all 20 paylines. 1-5 credits can be bet on each payline and you have the option of playing in different denominations from 1p up to £10. Therefore, depending on the denomination and the number of credits per payline, you can bet between 1 and 200 credits per spin. You are also given the option of playing the game for free.

Monopoly Property Deeds

If you get three property deed symbols on an active payline, Mr Monopoly will then pull out of a hat a property deed at random, throw it on the board and the property it lands on earns an upgrade. Get three bonus symbols on an active payline and this enters you into an exciting part of the game – the Monopoly Bonus board! First of all you select one of three pairs of dice to determine the number of rolls of the dice you get in the Bonus round on the board. Mr Monopoly will roll the dice and if you land on a property you win the value of the property and any upgrades you have accumulated from the main game.

Land on Free Parking and you go to the Free Parking Bonus. This gives you the chance to win one of the Free parking Bonus jackpots. You spin a wheel with red, orange and yellow segments to represent a different colour of car. When you land on a colour this moves the car towards its meter. The first car to move forward three times reaches its meter and you are rewarded with the corresponding jackpot which you may have added to in the normal game. After winning a jackpot, only its meter is reset based upon the line bet that triggered the Board Bonus. In the Board Bonus round you can win the Free Parking Jackpot several times by landing on Free parking again. The other Free Parking meters keep their value until the bonus is won or the bonus round is over. Similarly, all meters reset based on that line bet upon returning to the 5-reel game from the Board Bonus.

Just like in the real Monopoly board game you can land on jail in the Bonus round. You can escape jail if you still have rolls remaining by rolling doubles.

If you land on GO you earn an extra roll of the dice.

Land on Chance or Community Chest then a card is picked at random. The card can reward you with another roll of the dice, extra credits or move your game piece.

An exciting part of this game is the gamble feature, where you have a 50:50 chance of doubling your money. The gamble feature can be played after you win less than 3000 credits in the main game. Once you’ve entered the gamble round you must pick a card – whether you think it is going to be red or black. A card will then be chosen. Guess correctly and you double the money you won after your last bet. Guess incorrectly and you lose your winnings and the gamble round is over. As an insurance policy you can take half your winnings at any time after your first gamble. You also have the option of taking all your money at any time and returning to the main game. The history of the last fourteen cards chosen is displayed at the top, although the card is chosen completely at random. The gamble round will also finish if you win five gambles in a row or you win over 3000 credits.
