Introduction

We appreciate that some months aren't as prosperous as others which is why we have developed a monthly cash bonus for our VIPs.

The way it works is that at the beginning of each month we work out your True loss/profit and then credit you a percentage of any loss in cash.

We offer two Bad Luck Bonuses based on the size of loss:

10% Bad Luck Bonus - for VIP members who have a monthly True Loss of between £5 - £1,000.
15% Bad Luck Bonus - for VIP members that have a monthly True Loss of £1,000 or more.

'True Loss/Profit' is worked out with this formula:

(Monthly withdrawals - Monthly deposits) + (Monthly ending balance - Monthly starting balance)

So let's say John Smith started February with £500 in his account. If, during the course of the month, he deposits a total of £500, withdraws a total of £200 and then finishes the month with nothing in his account, his True loss would have been £800.

Our definition of True Loss is different then Net Loss (which is based on wagering) but we believe that it is definitely the fairest way of assessing how our members got on during the month.

Remember, the Bad Luck Bonus comes at the beginning of every month and is in straight cash - no wagering requirement to start using your bonus!

Terms and Conditions

Once a member becomes a VIP, he/she is eligible for our monthly 'Bad Luck Bonus'.

The Bad luck Bonus is a cash addition to an active VIP account and is worked out as a defined percentage of a VIP's True loss during the previous month's play. There are two bonus types; 10% for VIPs with a total True loss of under £1,000 and 15% for VIPs with a total True loss of £1,000 or more.

True Loss is worked out with this formula: (Monthly withdrawals - Monthly deposits) + (Monthly ending balance - Monthly starting balance).

Bonus play will be considered before the Bad luck bonus is credited. For example; if the vast majority of recent game-play activity takes place during promotional hours, the Bad Luck Bonus may be withheld on that said occasion.

The Bad Luck monthly bonus is credited to VIP accounts on the first working day of the following month.

In the event of any offer abuse being identified or suspected by the Casino, management reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotion with immediate notice and effect.
