Introduction

The VIP team have come up with a unique way of rewarding our players each and every month - win, lose or draw!

As you are probably aware, each time you make a bet at the Casino you are awarded a Loyalty Point which can later be redeemed into cash:

1 Loyalty Point = 1 Pence (withdrawable)
or 1 Loyalty Point = 1.2 Pence (non-withdrawable).

However, we now have designed a Loyalty Point reward program especially for our VIPs. You can still continue to redeem your loyalty points as usual, but at the end of the month, we will give you a bonus worth x3 the amount of your total loyalty point value - whether you have redeemed it or not!

Let's say you accumulate 15,000 in June and have, during that month of June, redeemed all those points into withdrawable cash (£150). We would then credit you on 1st July £450. So, for your loyalty points in June you would have generated £600 (£150 redeemed amount + our bonus of £450).

The Loyalty bonus is credited on the second working day of each month.

The value of the Loyalty bonus is x3 the previous month's total loyalty point value. For example, if you accumulated 1000 loyalty points worth £10 at the end of a month, you will receive a £30 bonus. This bonus is credited even if you have already redeemed your loyalty points during that month.

In the event of any offer abuse being identified or suspected by the Casino, management reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotion with immediate notice and effect.
